A lot of Collabor furniture in this post, so I will start with crediting these.

The house is the Brooklyn Carriage from Trompe Loeil, a must have -  really awesome build.

Sofa, coffee table, flowers, pile of books, all from the Lydia living room set by ARIA.

Sofa is texture change, has single and couple poses and rezzable props.
